Day 1: Hanoi to Muong Waterfall (150 kilometers / 93 miles)

During the first day, you will engage in a difficult but exciting start of this Vietnam motorbike trip to be out of Hanoi chaotic traffics and head to the Northwest mountainous region. You will experience a stunning ride through the jungle, cross rivers, and sometimes a stream bed. The expected distance covered in the dirt road is 35 kilometers.

After the first hard day of an approximate of six hours of riding, you will have a chance to sink in the cool waterfall of a national reserve park. You will stay in a stilt house near a dreamlike spring in Muong Hoa. Also, during this day, you will enjoy lunch and dinner.

Day 2: Muong Waterfall to Moc Chau Plateau (200 kilometers / 125 miles)

On the second day, you will wake up in the early morning with a babble of brook and sound of birds everywhere. You will be in the saddle again to pass 50 kilometers (31 miles) of a dirt road before lunch time at the Mai Chau Valley where the White Thai people are located.

After leaving Mai Chau, you will continue riding on the road of the old National Highway No.6, which used to be a North West main road in the 80s and has been forgotten for several years. After other 50 kilometers (31 miles) of dirt road along the Da River, the third day of this Vietnam motorbike trip will finish in the Moc Chau plateau, the beautiful highland of North West area.

During this day, you will enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner. After an approximate of seven hours of riding, you will overnight at a three-star hotel.

Day 3: Moc Chau Plateau to Hanoi (220 kilometers / 137 miles)

On the third day, you will ride back to Hanoi on different route, the old national Road No. 6. This road is parallel with the new national Road No.6 and was known as the main road of the Northwest in the 80s. Since the new one was put into use, the old one has been abandoned and downgraded. However, this is what makes the road have its own beauty.

You will have a great opportunity to enjoy the spectacular scenery of the Da River, which is compared to the Ha Long Bay on land. You will overcome 40 kilometers (25 miles) off-road, which will be short but hard. Then you will stop for lunch in Hoa Binh city. The Vietnam motorbike trip will finish in the ADV Motorcycle Tours and Dirtbike Travel office before rush hour.

On the final day, you will enjoy breakfast and lunch. The approximate final duration of this day will be seven hours.
