During this tour, you will stay at various accommodations along the trip, in well-appointed deluxe or equivalent hotels / camps as per city on a triple sharing basis.

Day 1: Arrival in Manali

On your arrival at Manali, you will get a warm welcome from Crazy Riders Adventure Tours representative at the hotel premises. The representative will hand over all your tour related documents and will give you a brief about the tour. Spend a relaxed day in the hotel.

This day allows you to enjoy Manali, which in itself has a lot to offer. The entire day is at your own disposal and you may plan to visit Solang Valley where one can enjoy paragliding, visit Hadimba temple, and Vashisht village where you may take dips at hot water spring, Mall Road. Remember to wrap up any last minute shopping and come back to hotel by evening. From here, you gear up for an early morning adventurous ride through Pir Panjal range of The Great Himalayas for Jispa.

Day 2: Manali - Jispa

The second day of Leh, Ladakh tour highlights crossing the Rohtang Pass and so after having a healthy breakfast, you hit the road for Jispa, via the first pass on Manali Leh highway, Rohtang, which connects Kullu Valley with Lahaul Spiti Valley. You will enjoy mesmerizing scenic beauty along with Chandara and Bhaga river. You halt at Jispa. Get refreshed and start again the next morning.

Day 3: Jispa - Sarchu

Today, you drive to Sarchu. As you leave Jispa behind, enter the Greater Himalayan landscape. This highway route takes you into the heart of the mountains. Enjoy the splendid view as you pass through the Baralachha Pass (5,000 meters above sea level). Keep driving towards Sarchu which is the border line between Kashmir and Himachal. From there, get to the Sarchu camp. Relax for the rest of day and keep a high intake of fluids to keep away AMS (acute mountain sickness). Stay overnight in camp.

Day 4: Sarchu - Leh

After an early breakfast, leave for the most exciting leg of our onward journey towards Leh. You will have to cross Gata Loops, the 21 hair pin bends, and will get the chance to ride on all types of road i.e. tarmac, stony, quick, and unbelievable U turns. You will actually get to know as to why this road is often called by many as the “Highway to Hell”.

Enjoy a break for lunch at Pang and then drive on towards Leh passing through Skyangchu Thang (a vast plateau stretching for 42 kilometers). Cross Tanglang-La (17,585 feet) and drive through the upper Indus Valley. Reach Leh by evening. Check in and relax overnight in Leh.

Day 5: Rest day at Leh (bike checks / gear up)

On the fifth day of this tour, you can enjoy Leh as a place. After a hearty breakfast, set out for local sightseeing, exploring Leh and the neighboring attractions, visiting Shanti Stupa, Jama Masjid, Leh Palace, Polo Grounds, and the War Museum to name a few. In the later part of the day, check and gear up the bikes as necessary and get ready for the adventure that is to follow the next day.

Day 6: Leh - Khardung La - Nubra Valley

Gear up and speed off on the smooth tarmac to meet the board showing “The Highest Motorable Road in the world” at Khardung La Pass. After taking a break for a photo session on this high pass to the Nubra Valley, you head towards Khardung village where you can have a quick break for tea and snacks. You proceed towards Nubra Valley as you cross the Khalsar and Diskit sectors.

Nubra Valley is a high altitude cold desert which mesmerizes every traveler with its unsurpassed naked beauty. This is probably the only place in Ladakh which gives a glimpse of snow clad mountains encompassing green pastures. The valley is comfortably located in the Karakoram range, and gives a feel of cold desert magical sand dunes, constantly changing shape and place.

You get to ride on double humped camels at the Nubra Valley. Travelers can also visit Turtuk village, the last Indian village that is open for tourists and adventure seekers. Overnight stay at camp.

Day 7: Nubra Valley - Shyok Route - Tso Pangong Lake

From Nubra Valley, you head towards yet another fascinating place, Pangong Lake via the Shyok route. You take a left from Durbuk. After crossing Tangtse, you will see the first view of world famous Pangong Tso. Spend the night at lake side camps. This gives you an additional opportunity to ride/drive as real off-roading and experience water crossing. This also saves a day for you and you get a chance to ride along the Shyok River.

Day 8: Pangong Tso - Chang La - Leh

After spending an unforgettable night on the bank of Pangong Tso, post breakfast, head toward Leh. Enroute you will cross the Changla Pass (third highest motorable pass). Have a quick break at Karu for refreshment. Overnight stay at hotel in Leh.

Day 9: Leh - Kargil

The road from Leh to Kargil, which resembles a runway, constitutes the first part of the day’s journey. Feel the magic of the Magnetic Hill, pray at Gurudwara Pathar Sahib. Enroute, visit the Lamayuru Monastery, which is the highest monastery in Ladakh. Then, cross the Fotu La, which is the highest pass on the Leh - Srinagar road, and descend down to stop at Kargil.

The entire population in Ladakh is Buddhist while the entire population in Kargil is Islamic, and thus, the journey from Ladakh to Kargil is symbolic in its own way, signifying a transformation, as you traverse from one world to another, regionally as well as “religionally.”

Day 10: Kargil - Srinagar

Begin riding and cross Drass - the second coldest inhabited place on earth after Siberia (Russia) and visit the Drass war museum to pay respects and pray for the peace of the brave souls of the valiant jawans who fought and sacrificed their lives during the Kargil war of 1999. Pave the way to reach the majestic Tiger Hill and salute the brave Indian Army and the national flag - ‘Tiranga’ and yet again, feel the pride of being an Indian.

Ride to cross Zoji La and descend down to Sonamarg while leaving behind the arid, dry and vegetation - less yet picturesque Ladakh to be greeted by the starkly contrasting greenery of Sonmarg, one of the most beautiful parts of the “Heaven on Earth - Kashmir”. Visit the Dal Lake for a shikara ride, the Mughal Gardens, the Shankracharya Temple, and other tourist attractions on reaching Srinagar. Overnite halt at Srinagar.

Day 11: Depart for home

After breakfast, it is time for both of us to say goodbye and your memorable dream tour concludes here. Carry sweet unforgettable memories of Ladakh to cherish throughout life!
