While riding, you will be provided with accommodation at any destination where the group will be spending a night. All of the accommodations are located downtown or near downtown. Accommodations are in safe areas with a four-star rating. While sailing, you will be provided a room on the sailboat for those three days of sailing.


Sail and ride journey is designed for a minimum of six participants and a maximum of twelve participants includes the most beautiful destinations on sea and land. This adventure includes three-day long sail trip and three-day riding trip which will take you through most beautiful parts on Adriatic coast, as well as most beautiful roads and destination while riding Croatian coastline, as well as exploring Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The Journey was designed to bring the best of Croatia to customers. Seven days vacation, split into three days of sailing the Dalmatian Islands, and three days of riding Croatian roads are an extraordinary experience.

Starting with two groups, the first group will experience sailing Adriatic coast for the first three days of the journey, while at the same time another group will ride the roads of the Dalmatian coast. After three days of journey, a sailing crew will take over motorcycles and continue their journey on two wheels, while another group will relax while sailing the islands.

Out of many beautiful places in Croatia, Desmo Adventure chose central Dalmatia to represent the best of it. The route, which is named the "Golden Triangle," will take you to the most beautiful places on the Dalmatian Coast and give you an out-of-the-world experience.

In a short period of time, you will manage to visit Split, Brač, Hvar, Vis, Pelješac, Korčula, Dubrovnik, and Konavli. All the destinations are placed within a short riding distance so you can have a pleasure of riding your motorcycle and relaxing on the beautiful coastline while everything is carefully picked and organized for you.

The experienced staff, management, and tour guides carefully handpicked each destination tailor-made for the trip which will take you to the most popular places but at the same time, give you privacy and an extraordinary experience which would be hard to find on your own.

The journey will take you to ancient and medieval towns, on private boat rides, to national parks, the famous Dubrovnik, and its city walls. It also includes sports and fun activities. It will take you to the beaches of the warm and beautiful sea which is everywhere in Dalmatia. Depending on the weather, you decide to ride on your own or in a pack, the agents can advise you on the most desirable routes, plan it all for you, or guide you through them and show you all the hidden gems.

Day 1 - Sail towards Brač Island

Meet at the office where you will go over your routes and itinerary. Before you get on board, you can get food and drinks for the time while sailing. Preferred grocery list and personal requests items can be supplied by Desmo adventure team prior to your arrival.

A short while after, you will go over to ACI port where you will start your journey toward island Brač, Milna town, where you will be spending your night. On the way to Brac, you will stop at a beach for swimming time and relaxation. At Brac, Milna, you will have the evening to explore the old town and have dinner at an authentic Mediterranean restaurant.

Day 2 - Sail towards Hvar Island

After coffee and breakfast at Milna, Brac you will continue your journey toward island Hvar where you will be spending a night. On the way to Hvar, you will stop at Pakleni Islands at Palmižana Beach where you will spend the afternoon at one of the coves; later in the afternoon, you will dock in Hvar where you will enjoy Hvar downtown at night.

Day 3 - Sail towards Bol

Morning in Hvar will be spent at a beach swimming or exploring downtown. At noon, you will continue your journey toward Bol and spend the afternoon at "Golden Horn" beach. Once at Bol, you can spend time exploring the island of Brac, swimming at Golden horn beach, kite and windsurfing, or exploring some of the wineries on steep hills of Brac.

Day 4 - Sail towards Makarska and start your riding adventure

Your sail trip is soon ending and your adventure will continue on the curvy roads along Dalmatian coast and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Early morning, you will sail toward town Makarska where you will have time for a coffee and short visit of Makarska downtown.

At Makarska, you will get on your bikes and continue your adventure toward Croatia inland and toward Bosnia and Herzegovina. Your final destination for day 4 will be a nature park in Blidinje where you will be spending a night.

The road toward Blidinje natural park will take you through beautiful scenery. You will stop in Imotski to witness two beautiful lakes, Red and Blue lakes which are true natural phenomena. A few hours later you will arrive at the nature park. You will have evening time to explore the park and wilderness, as well as dine at the famous restaurant Hajducke vrleti, where you will be spending your night.

Day 5 - Blidinje to Ston

At around 9 a.m., you will continue your journey along curvy roads at Blidinje national park toward Mostar, a cultural town which is 3 hours' ride from Blidinje. On the way to Mostar, you will take small country roads through Bosnian wilderness and visit towns along the way. You will stop at Jablanica where you will visit the war museum and learn about WWII history and civil war in former Yugoslavia.

The curvy and beautiful road will take you toward Mostar, a beautiful town on river Neretva. At Mostar, you will explore the old town and learn about its history. Later in the afternoon, you will continue your journey toward Ston which will be spending the night. In Ston, you can walk the walls of Ston town, the second longest wall in the world, visit an oyster farm and go on the oyster tour.

Day 6 - Ston to Dubrovnik via the Pelješac Peninsula

From Ston, you will take a famous wine road through the Pelješac Peninsula. Along the way, you will be stopping at a small winery, where you will taste wine and learn about winemaking. Beautiful road will take you to a tip of the peninsula and from there you will take a back turn and ride to Dubrovnik where you will be spending a night.

Dubrovnik is one of the most beautiful small towns in the world and one of the most visited towns in Croatia. In Dubrovnik, you will enjoy downtown where you can walk the famous walls of Dubrovnik.

Day 7 - Dubrovnik to Split

While in Dubrovnik, you get to know downtown, take a "Game of Thrones" tour, or take a kayak around Lokrum Island and city walls. In the afternoon, you will ride a coastal road all the way to Split where you will be spending the night.

Day 8 - Departure from Split

This is the last day of your journey which included riding and sailing adventure. You will be accommodated in downtown Split where you will have a morning to explore Diocletian palace and downtown Split. In the afternoon, the team will make sure you get transport to your next destination.

Duje Kaurloto


This tour starts and ends in downtown Split. At the office, you will be served coffee, water or fresh drink. Also, storage space will be available for your convenience.

During the tour, you will learn about the 17th-century-old city of Split. You will go island hopping on a boat ride to the surrounding places in an out of the world experience. You will explore Mljet National Park that holds undiscovered natural beauties and you will experience a private wine tasting in Pelješac that teaches you the art of wine-making.

If you are visiting Croatia, you must also discover Dubrovnik, the most magnificent and well-preserved fortified city in the world. Its history dates back to the sixth century. You will take a private canoe ride below the city walls and continue around the island of Lokrum. You will return to Split on two wheels packed with memories and priceless moments that you will remember forever.


While traveling, you will be passing different regions where they serve different foods. While at the islands, you will be able to dine the freshest seafood, explore the oyster farm and taste oysters, or while in mountains of Bosnia and Herzegovina you will be tasting their meat specialties for which Bosnians are well known for.

Wine tasting on the Pelješac Peninsula will be organized. There you can taste the most famous Croatian wine and learn about winemaking in Croatia. Also learn about making authentic Croatian and Bosnian foods like grilled fish, peka, soparnik, and cevapcici. Breakfasts will be included while on the motorcycle or sailboat.
