During this tour, you will be staying at several different accommodations such as hotels and tourist ger camps.
On the first night, you will be staying in a twin room at a four-star hotel. The hotel will keep your luggage for free while you are on the tour.
You will be staying in a shared accommodation. The ger (traditional dwelling) has two to four beds. It has unique western style shared toilets and also a hot shower facility that is in a separate block. Your accommodation for the sixth night in Ulaanbaatar is not included and you will select your own desired hotel or guesthouse. Arrive in Ulaanbaatar, the capital of Mongolia. You'll be greeted at the airport and escorted to 4-star hotel. After lunch, take a half-day city tour to Gandan Monastery where you will see huge gold plated Buddha, a symbol of Mongolian national pride and cultural revival and visit National Museum of Mongolian History, where you will see artifacts from Mongolia and Central Asia from the Stone Age to the present. Excursion to Zaisan Hill War Memorial to get your bearings with a panoramic view of the whole city. You will have overnight stay in the hotel and your lunch and dinner are included.
Meet tour team then ride on your motorbike to Hustai National Park. You will see wild Takhi, the Asian wild horse. Enjoy small hiking and photographing the charming landscape and wildlife. Visit Takhi's small museum and have an overnight stay in tourist camp. All your meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) are included.
After breakfast, you will ride to Ugii Lake (1387 meters’ altitude and 25 square kilometers’ surface area). You will visit local horseman family on the way. There, you will have an opportunity to experience their way of life, culture, and traditions. There you will take a boat rent. Overnight stay will be at a tourist camp. All your meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) are included.
Today's destination is the symbolic ruins of the Karakorum, which was the capital city of Great Mongol Empire founded in the 13th century by Genghis Khan. On the way, you will see Khusuu Tsaidam, a Turkic inscribed monument of the Turkic State (6th - 8th Centuries A.D). You will also visit the oldest Monastery Erdene-Zuu built in 1586, with 108 stupas. Your overnight stay will be in a tourist camp near Orkhon river. Your breakfast, lunch, and dinner for this day are included.
After breakfast, you will drive to Elsen Tasarkhai unique area of forest and sand dunes. After lunch, you can ride through the sand dunes. Your overnight stay will be in tourist camp. Your breakfast, lunch, and dinner for this day are included.
After breakfast, you will have a drive back to Ulaanbaatar. Visit Bogd Khan Palace, which is a series of beautiful traditional buildings, where the last religious King of Mongolia resided. You may choose an optional city tour where you will be taken to souvenir and cashmere shops before enjoying an evening concert of National Folklore. Your breakfast, lunch, and dinner for this day are included.
