Day 1: Delhi - Manali

Arrive in Delhi. There will be the first contact with Indian culture, also on the road. Have a night transfer to Manali.

Day 2: Manali and around, 120 kilometers / 74.5 miles

Arrive at a hotel accommodation in Manali. You get acquainted with Royal Enfield motorcycles and have a training of driving on Indian roads. Excellent climate (altitude of 2,100 meters) and moderate traffic on the streets will allow you to quickly adapt to local conditions. In your journey, enjoy a motorcycle tour of the temple of Hadimba Manu. Climb the narrow street to the village of Vashisht. There, enjoy a restoring force bath in the hot springs - in the stone bath, which is located on the temple grounds.

Travel motorcycles to Kullu - 42 kilometers. There, under favorable weather conditions, enjoy rafting on the turbulent Beas River and a motorcycle tour of the beautifully located village of Kullu. On the way, visit the Castle Naggar. This 100-mile "warm up" will give you an idea of the Indian traffic habits of drivers and allow you to "tame" Enfield motorcycle. In the evening, have a welcome dinner at the hotel.

Day 3: Manali - Jispa, 140 kilometers / 87 miles

After breakfast, have a motorcycle expedition from Manali to the north, 50 kilometers to the Rohtang pass at the height of 3,980 meters above sea level. It is the geographical border between mainland India and the Tibetan Ladakh. There will be Tibetan Rohtang Stands for "Pile Thousand Bodies". There will be a place, rather notorious only a few years, which is safe for mass pedestrian, although requiring great caution. Adrenaline guaranteed!

Exit from the saddle and ride the Royal Enfield motorcycle to a picturesque valley of Chandra in Koksar village, Sissu, Gondhla. Go to Tandi village at the confluence of the rivers Chandra and Bhaga and lastly, refuel. Go to Następne for 350 kilometers. There will be a short tour to the town of Keylong and in the evening, your motorcycle expedition reaches the last "normal" hotel on the route in the village of Jispa.

Day 4: Jispa - Sarchu, 90 kilometers / 56 miles

Your expedition of the Himalayas begins on "lunar" route. Drive through Darcha, the last permanently inhabited settlement. You're going to switch back to Zingzingbar, waiting here too long the driveway to the first high pass, Baralacha La which is 4,891 meters above sea level. On the way, you pass the mountain lakes of Surajtal and Dipaktal.

In the late afternoon, your motorcycle expedition reaches Sarchu, a seasonal settlement located on a vast plain. This is the point where drivers usually stop for the night. There will be Several shops with alcohol and a few tents with kitchen field. Your accommodation is a tiny makeshift boutique hotel.

Day 5: Sarchu - Leh, 250 kilometers / 155 miles

In the morning, continuing the motorcycle trip through the Himalayas, you move from Sarchu to Leh. The road runs along the river of Yunam and shaped rocks attract eyes fantastically. After 20 kilometers, reach a driveway, 21 hairpin bends known as Gatta Loops. The Nakee La pass at an altitude of 4,739 meters above sea level leads you to the most interesting section of the route.

There will be Lachulung La Pass which is 5,059 meters above sea level and Kang La pass which is 4,878 meters above sea level. Your expedition leads through the Himalayas to the village of Pang. Rock formations resemble Arizona more than India. Pang which is 4,767 meters, is the highest one in the world military camp. After a short rest in the Tibetan obozowisku, enjoy a motorcycle journey across the Morey plains, 4,500 meters above sea level.

Finally, have a chance to use the fifth gear. Have an arduous climb to the pass of Tanglung La which is 5,328 meters above sea level. It is one of the highest passes in the world available for traffic. Exit through the village of Rumtse, Gya. You ride the motorcycle deep to a canyon along the river of Kyammar. For the control point in the last 50 kilometers, finally you reach Upshi after a good asphalt. Your hotel accommodation will be in Leh, the capital of Ladakh.

Day 6: Leh - the capital of monasteries, 50 kilometers / 31 miles

The day is waiting for you all day for sightseeing in Leh and its surroundings. Go to the old town of Leh, climb the Tsemo hill, and explore the 8-story Royal Palace. Have a motorcycle trip to Shey, Thikse, and Hemis, visiting the beautiful Buddhist monasteries. You go to the other side of the Indus River through villages inhabited by the Muslim population.

Day 7: Leh - Hunder (deserts in the Himalayas), 130 kilometers / 81 miles

You start the day having a motorcycle trip through the Himalayas for the 40 kilometers and climb to the Khardung La pass, 5,359 meters above sea level, until the recently considered highest road pass for civil traffic in the world. Downhill, switch back to the Nubra Valley which lies at the confluence of Nubra and Shyok River. This huge valley, known as the Valley of Flowers, separates the Ladakh ranges from the Karakorum.

At sunset, in the village of Hunder, there will be an oasis in the safari desert of Nubra, the desert dunes on baktrianach, dwugarbnych camels. There will be a concert of the local folklore band in the vicinity of the dunes. Your journey ends and you will stay overnight in Hunder.

Day 8: Hunder - Leh, 130 kilometers / 81 miles

After breakfast at the hotel in Hunder, ride the motorcycle 8 kilometers to the Diskit. There, enter to the hill and visit the fifteenth-century monastery which offers a panoramic view of the valley. Your motorcycle expedition in the Himalayas will be guided on the way back to Manali. You're going over the cliffs along the Shyok River. Get back to Leh through Khardung La pass. Travel slowly coming to an end but you do not think about it.

Day 9: Leh - Pangong Tso, 160 kilometers / 37 miles

Enjoy a morning departure toward the Pangong Lake. It is the uppermost and largest saltwater lake in Asia. Only 30% of its area belongs to India while the other belongs to Tibet. To reach it, you must switch to Chang La which is 5,340 meters above sea level, the next number on the list of passers and the highest road in the world. The motorcycle expedition stops for the night camping in a luxury tent right on the lake at an altitude of 4,420 meters above seal level.

Day 10: Spangmik - Leh, 160 kilometers / 37 miles

Enjoy a morning walk through the village of Spangmik which for half a year is cut off from the world. In winter, water freezes and the temperature falls to 45° Celsius. The last glance will be at the sapphire surface of the Pangong lake and start the returning journey by riding through Chang La pass towards Leh.

On the way, visit Chemrey Gompa, a Buddhist complex situated on a hill. You admire the sunset at Spituk monastery on the hill, overlooking the entire Leh. That day during the expedition, the motorcycle awaits you to explore Shanti Stupa.

Day 11: Leh - Sarchu, 250 kilometers / 155 miles

Your route through the Himalayas expedition will be along Kyammar River of the Indus Valley, which at this time of day is quite different with brownish-purple rocks. Enjoy the driveway to Tanglung La and a short visit to the Gompa on the pass. The next passage waited by the drivers is Moorey Plains. Halt and enjoy local tea in the village of Debring at an altitude of 4,570 meters above sea level. This village is inhabited seasonally by the nomadic tribe of Changpa.

Drive through Pang along rivers and streams, between fantastic rock formations. You drive the motorcycle on the serpentine Gatta Loops overlooking the winding river below Tsarap. On the trail of the motorcycle expedition, ride through the famous, graceful bridges of Whiskey and Brandy. You spend the night in a luxury tent in Sarchu.

Day 12: Sarchu - Manali, 230 kilometers / 143 miles

After leaving Sarchu plains, re-route your motorcycle trip through the Himalayas running in the moonlight, the desolate land. Farewell to passes on Baralacha La and descend to Darcha and Jispa. Rest in Keylong before you switch back to a countless steep driveway on the Rohtang Pass. In the evening, you check into your Royal Enfield motorcycle in Manali.

Day 13: Manali

It's time for sightseeing and to relax in the city. Walk on the streets of Old Vashisht full of old traditional buildings. You can enjoy a short trek to the waterfalls. In the afternoon, there will be an overnight transfer to the airport in Delhi. You finish the journey, but this is not the last motorcycle trip in the Himalayas.

Day 14: Departure

This day will be the departure day from Delhi.
