(No availability) 3 Days Guided Thrilling Vietnam Motorcycle Tour From Hue to Hoi An

Day 1: Hue - DMZ (Vinh Moc tunnels) - Khe Sanh combat base

Leaving Hue in the morning, you soon relax by riding over Kakut bridge which was built to help people drive over Tamgiang lagoon, so you can imagine how beautiful the open view is. Then, you also keep riding through the villages nearby, rural roads between the villages, rice fields, vegetable fields, duck farms, and sand dunes before you stop on the seashore to relax.

Afterward, enjoy the beautiful sights of nature by riding along the coast road to reach to DMZ. This village was bombed by American in the 1960s so the people must dig a hiding-place underground to avoid bombing. Vinh Moc is the highlight of Demilitarized Zone.

Along the coast, there are roads on highway 01 to Quang Tri town where you shall visit a location of 81 days and nights battlefield between the North and South in 1972.

The day is not finished yet. You continue to join in the remote roads to get on Ho Chi Minh trail. Riding on this road, you go deep inside the wild world because you are surrounded by mountains, hills, and passes before you arrive in Khe Sanh town and overnight there in a hotel.

Day 2: Khe Sanh battlefield - Prao tribe village

In the morning, you start the motorcycle to leave Khe Sanh town. You continue riding on the Ho Chi Minh trail and of course when you choose this kind of trip you are always ready to take chances to relax by the amazing view.

Beautiful landscapes and waterfalls on this real trail throughout of the jungles, passes, and rivers shall accompany you on the way to Prao village. Depending on the schedule, you shall take time to visit children of ethnic minorities, where you could see their smiles when you give them some books, notebooks, candies or pencils directly by yourself. Then, overnight nearby.

Day 3: Prao tribe village - Hai van pass - Hoi an

On the last day, you leave Prao village behind and keep riding to finish Ho Chi Minh trail. No rush because amazing wild views are still waiting for you on the way and there are many stops to relax, take photos, to see tribe people working, or to see green tea fields.

There will be some stops because of cows too and you also have more chances to see cows on Hai van pass which was built up by mountain and ocean, at an altitude of 490 meters. This location plays a main role in this journey. This charming pass shall blow your mind for its landscapes, which make your trip really stand out. Then, you head to Hoi An and finish the third day!

Motorcycle available for the tour

For this tour, you may bring your own bike or rent one from Hi Easy Riders. Motorcycle rental costs 30 USD per day. If you decide to rent one, the price includes the use of a motorbike Honda 125cc-150cc, helmet, gasoline/petrol and riders, rain jackets, and rain shoes.

Starting from Hue, this tour will take you to Vinh Moc tunnels, Khe Sanh, Prao, and end in Hoi An.
