You will stay in a double or twin room at various accommodations during the tour. On the first three nights, a hotel in Manali will accommodate you. You will stay at a hotel in Jispa on the fourth night and have a tented accommodation in Sarchu on the fifth night. On the sixth and seventh night, you will overnight in Leh. While on the eighth night, you will be camping in Nubra Valley. You will be back to Leh for the ninth night and camping in Lake Tsokar on the tenth night. The eleventh night will be spent back in Jispa and the twelveth night brings you to a hotel in Manali. The last two nights of the tour will be spent at a hotel in Delhi.


Day 1: Delhi - Manali

After receiving a warm welcome by the representative of Indian Rides at Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL), you will be transferred to the hotel for rejuvenation and rest. Departure for Manali is at 17:30 by bus which arrives there early next morning.

Day 2: Manali

You will soak in the super views of the Dhauladhar and Pir Panjal Ranges at Manali, the year-round magnet for tourists. The day is at leisure with an introduction to the motorbikes and Indian Rides team. You will then be exploring the main street, the mall road, which is part of the highway that runs into the town. You stay at Old Manali to relax while enjoying shopping and the food. The evening is at leisure and you overnight at the hotel.

Day 3: Manali

After breakfast, get astride the Royal Enfield to feel the real passion of driving along the beautiful landscapes. Meet the Indian Rides team and ride around the city. In the evening, you are free to explore the local markets. Dinner is served at the hotel and you will overnight there.

Day 4: Manali - Jispa

After breakfast, ride on Royal Enfield to initiate your motorcycle tour to the Himalayas riding to Jispa, a small village set amidst rivers and mountains. This would be your first exposure to the ex-Buddhist kingdom, which has unparalleled beauty and loads to explore. You will have dinner followed by an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 5: Jispa - Sarchu

Post breakfast, you leave for Sarchu riding the Royal Enfield across some of the highest passes and snow covered mountains. You will discover the feel of riding over clouds as the world lies at your feet. The day ends in Sarchu, with a promise to explore much more in the days that follow. You will experience the fun of staying in tented accommodation for today.

Day 6: Sarchu - Leh

Departing for Leh, astride the bikes after breakfast, all the while exploring new routes to reach the destination. Mixing with the locals, you will know about their culture. You will be enjoying Leh, the ex-Buddhist kingdom, surrounded by mountains all around. Today readies you to cross two of the highest altitude passes which will take your breath away, both by their beauty and sheer magnificence. Crossing the Lachulung La (4920 meters) pass, you will see the clouds over your head and mountains disappearing in the clouds. The other pass, the Tanglang La (5350 meters), is accessible only for four months in a year, after which it is covered with snow. Crossing both, you enter the beautiful city of Leh to explore it further. Lunch will be on route and you will have the evening at leisure.

Day 7: Leh

After breakfast, you visit the Monasteries of Hemis, Thiksey, Shey, and the Shanti Stupa. In the evening, it is free for you to explore the local markets.

Day 8: Leh - Nubra Valley

After breakfast, you leave for Nubra Valley and on route drive across the highest motorable pass that you will ever ride during your motorcycle trip to Ladakh, the Khardung La (5680 meters). The bikes in mint condition will be thumping away in a rhythm to explore the beauty of this terrain. At some junctures, the roads would seem to be colliding with the mountains. On reaching the highest point of the pass, you will feel like a king, standing on top of the world. On route, the Buddhist Temple of Hundar, the various sight, and scenic beauty ensconcing the colors of rivers, mountains, mud, and snow. The evening is at leisure and you overnight in the camp.

Day 9: Nubra Valley - Leh

After breakfast, you will take the same route back to Leh crossing across the same landscapes albeit in a different light of the day. Stopping over at the top of the pass, you will take some photographs to stow away in your memory chest. The evening is at leisure and you can visit the local markets and neighborhood.

Day 10: Leh - Lake Tsokar

After breakfast, you leave for Lake Tsokar. The serene lake will mesmerize you and you would surely want to come back again. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 11: Lake Tsokar - Jispa

Post breakfast, you depart for Jispa, riding across the landscapes and mountains, and rivers and valleys on your Ladakh motorbike trip. The bikes will keep you motivated at all times, keeping you wanting to explore more and to ride more across daunting passes. You will be reaching Jispa for overnight stay and dinner.

Day 12: Jispa - Manali

After breakfast, you leave for Manali. Riding the Royal Enfields on this beautiful terrain for the last time on this tour. You will be reaching Manali by afternoon and have enough time in hand to cover some places in the evening for photo opportunities. The trip ends here with the bikes handed over. Evening at leisure and overnight at hotel.

Day 13: Manali - Delhi (Night Bus)

After breakfast, you are free to explore Manali. You will take the night bus going to Delhi.

Day 14: Delhi

Breakfast is at the hotel. Today, you are free to relax or explore the capital of India as you desire.

Day 15: Departure from Delhi

Departure as per individual flight schedule.

Your tour is located in India, covering Manali, Jispa, Sarchu, Leh, Nubra Valley, Lake Tsokar, Delhi, and all the attractions along the route.

Most festivals celebrated in Ladakh are celebrated in and around monasteries. These involve dancing, singing, traditional music; people wear colorful traditional Ladakhi dresses and participate in sporting events like archery and polo. There are musical concerts and masked dances from the monasteries and cultural troupes from the villages. Despite its remoteness from the rest of India and its harsh terrain, Ladakh boasts of a unique intermingled culture of its own which is evident in its art forms and lifestyle.


Your breakfast is served daily for you during the tour. Apart from that, some of the local food delicacies not to be missed include momos, thukpa, thenthuk, skyu, khambir, and butter tea, to name a few.
