Accommodation

You will stay at accommodations arranged by M2 MotoTours. If you make a solo reservation and you do not have a travel partner, M2 MotoTours will assign you one of the same sex.

If there isn’t another solo rider looking to share a room, the private room difference will be added to your reservation. On some occasions, you might be assigned an M2 staff member.

Program

Day 1: Arrival in Grenoble

Motorcycle tour evening meeting, cocktails, and dinner.

Day 2 - French Alps

You'll depart from Grenoble and take on the majestic mountain passes of the French Alps. You'll be riding some that are regularly featured on the Tour de France. After a day of thrilling riding you'll settle down for some regional specialties like Raclette or Tartiflette.

Day 3 - Monaco Grand Prix

Arriving at the French Riviera you'll attend practice and qualifying at the legendary Monaco Grand Prix.

Day 4 - Ferry to Corsica

You will take an overnight ferry to the beautiful town of Corsica.

Day 5 - Arrival in Corsica

Upon arrival in Corsica, start out with a ride along the coast and you'll quickly understand why it's called the 'island of beauty'.

Days 6 to 10 - Riding in Corsica

Mountain roads, forests, canyons, beaches, plus amazing food. The roads are mind blowing and you'll see why Corsica attracts so many riders.

Day 11 - Napoleon Route

Napoleon Bonaparte is probably the most famous Corsican. You'll ride back taking his namesake route that he used when escaping from exile.

Day 12 - Bon Voyage

From Alpine passes to high speed race action via a beautiful Mediterranean playground for riders, M2 MotoTours wishes you a bon voyage and see you again soon.

Harley Davidson and other brands

You can rent a bike on the Continent in a city nearby and ride the bike you prefer. If you need assistance coordinating a rental, please let M2 MotoTours know.

You should count on a budget of 130-200 EUR per day. Maybe you can find a bike for less, maybe not. Rental agencies may offer you options (GPS, riding gear, panniers, insurance upgrades, etc) for a fee not included in the 130-200 EUR.

In general, M2 MotoTours can make the reservation on your behalf, and you will pay the rental agency directly. They don’t receive any commissions for assisting you.

Basic requirements:

  • 21 years old
  • 2 years of riding >600 cc bike
  • Valid license with a motorcycle endorsement
  • International Drivers License
  • No license suspension within the last 24 months
  • Any false statements or paperwork means that the insurers won’t cover you
  • You are expected to be physically and mentally capable of riding safely with the group for the duration of the tour.

How to get there

Recommended Airports

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Lyon-Saint-Exupéry Airport (LYS) or Geneva Airport (GVA). From Lyon or Geneva Airports, you can catch shuttle buses or the train. Shuttle buses or regional trains arrive at the Grenoble Train Station. Do not descend at the Grenoble Universites train or bus stop, unless instructed to do so.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 25% of the total price.
  • The deposit is fully refundable if the booking is cancelled up to 180 days before the arrival date.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 90 days before arrival.
