From Grenoble to Spielberg, Austria via Switzerland, you'll cross numerous mountain passes such as Oberalp, Grimsel, Furka, and the Grossglockner, top it all off with a ride over the iconic Stelvio pass. During this tour, you will stay at several three to four-star hotels. The accommodations are based on two participants per room. If you would like your own room, a 950 USD up-charge will be added to your reservation.

M2 MotoTours Motorcycle Tour Europe Itinerary

This tour will take you to Mont Blanc, Innsbruck, Hallstatt, the Red Bull Ring Circuit, the Grossglockner, the Stelvio pass, the Col de la Bonnette, and the Vercors mountain range.

Day 0: Arrival in Grenoble, France

You will arrive in Grenoble, France. You will have a day to get acquainted and to relax before hitting the road. This is the latest day by which you can arrive. In the evening, there will be a briefing meeting and your presence is mandatory.

Day 1 - Grenoble, France to Martigny, Switzerland (280 kilometers / 174 miles)

Depart Grenoble to Annecy (visit and lunch), Thones, Megeve, Chamonix, and arrive in Martigny. Today's ride will last around 5 hours.

Day 2 - Martigny to Andermatt, Switzerland (230 kilometers / 143 miles)

Depart Martigny to Aigle, Interlaken, Sustenpass, and arrive in Andermatt. Today's ride will last around 4.5 - 5 hours. There is a possibility to visit the Mount Eiger, depending on time.

Day 3 - Andermatt, Switzerland to Innsbruck, Landeck, Austria (350 kilometers / 292 miles)

Depart Andermatt to Oberalp Pass, Disentis / Muster, and Chur, Davos for lunch, Fluela Pass, Susch, and arrive in Landeck. Today's ride will last around 5.5 - 6 hours.

Day 4 - Inssbruck to Zell Am See, Austria

Today, you will ride the Grossglockner Hochalpenstrasse.

Day 5 - Zell am See to Spielberg, Austria

Visit Hallstatt en route to the Red Bull Ring for qualifying / practice sessions. On this day, there will be a Moto GP practice and entertainment.

Day 6 - Practice, rest day

Today, you can go to the track and watch MotoGP practice abd qualifying, or relax.

Day 7 - Moto GP race and ride to Spittal, Austria (186 kilometers / 115.5 miles)

Moto GP race. Following the race, ride to Spittal An der Drau Austria. There will be a Moto GP race. After the race, depart Red Bull Ring and arrive in Spittal. Today's ride will last around 2.5 hours.

Day 8 - Spittal, Austria to Merano, Italy (300 kilometers / 186.5 miles)

Depart Spittal to Lienz, Misurina, Cortina d’Ampezzo for lunch, Caprile, Bolzano, and arrive in Merano. Today will take you through the magnificent Dolomites. Today's ride will last around 6 hours.

Day 9 - Merano to Italian Lakes (250 kilometers / 155 miles)

Today’s ride takes you to the Stelvio Pass and Umbrail Pass to the Italian Lakes Maggiore. Today's ride will last around 5.5 hours.

Day 10 - Free day

Today is your free day, you can relax at one of the lakes, go for a ride, visit a town like Bellagio, or the Borromean Islands (Isola Bella).

Day 11 - Italian Lakes to Ivrea, Italy (250 kilometers / 155 miles)

Depart, visit Como with its famous Duomo Cathedral. Today's ride will last around 5.5 hours.

Day 12 - Ivrea to Barcelonette

Depart Ivrea to cross into France via the Mont Genevre Pass, heading to Briancon, then to the Bonnette mountain pass (Col de la Bonnette), the highest paved road in Europe.

Day 13 - Barcelonette to Grenoble, France

On your final day, you will head to Grenoble via the Vercors mountain range, via the Col du Rousset and the Gorges de la Bourne. A fabulous way to end the day.

Day 14 - Ride around Grenoble

Day ride around the Grenoble area.

Day 15 - Departure from Grenoble, France

  • Can ride for 3-4 hours
  • Average riding experience
  • Little assistance required
  • Comfortable with extreme curves and leans
  • Average experience with unsurfaced roads
  • Steep ascents and descents

  • Experienced with riding a variety of motorcycles
  • Comfortable with any terrain and weather conditions


The motorcycle tour will cover several places in 4 countries including France, Switzerland, Austria, and Italy. The mountain passes are Furka, Grimsel, Stelvio, Grossglockner, Alpe d’Huez, little St. Bernard, Oberalpass, and more. The sites are Mont Blanc, Dolomites, Alps, Italian Lakes, and Tyrol.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 25% of the total price.
  • The deposit is fully refundable if the booking is cancelled up to 181 days before the arrival date.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 84 days before arrival.
