Double your pleasure with a dose of Alpine and Pyrenees mountain riding. Combining the best of the Alps with the Pyrenees equals unparalleled riding. Add a selection of excellent destinations, the Mediterranean and Atlantic Coast and this tour is hard to beat.

Right off the bat you’ll face big time legendary mountain passes. Alpe d’Huez, Glandon, the Iron Cross, & Galibier pass. And that’s just day 1. Throughout your adventure, you’ll get a diverse experience that includes all different types of roads.

The Riviera-home of the rich and famous. Monaco, Nice, Cannes. Movie stars, yachts, royalty, opulent homes. The Riviera has been attracting visitors since the 1700s. Enjoy the beauty, the climate, the food. Nimes aka the most Roman city outside of Italy. Lots of wonderfully preserved vestiges from Roman times. Nimes has a vibrant nightlife, a lively old town with lots of restaurants, live music, outdoor markets. The coliseum is not to be missed.

Perpignan located on the Mediterranean coast and the Spanish border. Perpignan marks the start of the Pyrenees. The city dates back to Roman times and has been fought over throughout the ages. A cool old town with some excellent restaurants and nightlife.

Saint Jean de Luz this coastal town in Basque country thrived on fishing and piracy. Louis the XIV was married in Saint Jean de Luz. The Basque country has many specialties to enjoy-seafood, cured ham, famous pimentos. Check out a game of Jai Alai, a Basque sport, try your luck at the casino in Biarritz or just chill on the beach.

Wheels & Waves-one week of motorbikes, music & skateboarding. Biarritz plays host. Mix it up with the hipsters. Party down with the builders. One of the hottest bike-related events on the continent. Be there or be square. San Sebastien-just over the border in Spain is the lovely city of San Sebastien (Donostia). The impressive old town is waiting for you to explore it. The tapas here are fabulous. After some sightseeing stops off at the beach for a dip in the Med.

Vaison la Romaine wonderful Roman ruins, medieval town, and cathedral. Vaison is unique in that you can visit vestiges of the Romans along those of the Middle Ages. The Medieval town perched on a hilltop is wonderfully preserved. There are not many towns like this, so go explore and see what life was like hundreds of years ago. Carcassonne, this fortified city dating back to Roman times will surely impress. During the crusades and middle ages, Carcassonne played an important role. On several occasions, it was besieged, although never overrun. Walk the streets and ramparts to get a feel of what life was like back in the day.

Mount Ventoux although part of the Alps, many people think it belongs to another mountain range since it towers over everything nearby. At 1,909 meters (6,263 feet), it is the highest mountain in the region and has been nicknamed the “Bald Mountain” the “Beast of Provence”, or “Giant of Provence”. The wind blows at over 90 km/h (56 mph) for 240 days a year. The top is devoid of any vegetation. The limestone cap covering the peak gives the Ventoux a lunar-like atmosphere.

More famous roads you’ve never heard of. It doesn’t matter if you know their names, as long as you can tame them. Throw the Vercors mountain range in there for good measure. Just when you thought the Alps and Pyrenees were enough, bam, we include the Vercors. We bet you’re gonna love riding through the Vercors. Stupendous gorges, dizzying balcony roads, enchanted forests.
