Program

Day 1: The Camargue (Marseilles - Les Saintes Maries de la Mer - Béziers)

No mountain pass, no sharp turns in the Camargue, but tremendous landscapes, cities of character, and above all a timeless atmosphere, out of the world, pure escapism. When heaven and earth merge, happiness is at the end of the road. Overnight close to Béziers.

Day 2: The Catalan Roussillon (Béziers - Prades - Andorra)

South of Roussillon is still France, but already Catalonia. Both close to the sea and to the Pyrenean summits, the region is rich in traditions. The mountain will make you ecstatic! Overnight in Andorra.

Day 3: Pyrénéan passes road (Andorra - Col du Tourmalet - Tarbes)

Béarn and Bigorre own the most beautiful passes of the Pyrénées: Tourmalet, Soulor, Aspin, Aubisque. So many mythical peaks of the Tour de France that you will be looking forward to facing! It’s an extreme ride in perspective. Overnight close to Tarbes.

Day 4: The Basque Country (Tarbes - Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port - Biarritz)

Bordered by the Atlantic Ocean, one foot in Spain and the other in France, the Basque Country has many facets: mountain, sea, countryside, and city. But it is definitely the mountain part of its passes and turns that will delight you for a whole day. Overnight close to Biarritz.

Day 5: The Gascony (Biarritz - Auch - Montauban)

It is a road trip in the country of Armagnac, foie gras, and musketeers such as pictured by Alexandre Dumas. Go for a ride to discover the bastides of the Gers, fortified villages of the Middle Ages. Overnight close to Montauban.

Day 6: Gorges of Aveyron (Montauban - Villefranche de Rouergue - Millau)

Along the course of the Aveyron River and especially in the region of the Gorges, some of the most beautiful villages of France rise in unique sites and landscapes. Add to that winding road, a great gastronomy. You are close to the dream ride! Overnight close to Millau.

Day 7: The Cevennes (Millau - Alès - Marseille)

With their chaotic rocks collection on drylands, their schist and sandstone houses clinging to the cliffs, their forests as far as the eye can see and their deep canyons, the roads of the Cevennes will be the occasion to discover both an extreme nature and a rich cultural heritage. Overnight close to Marseille Provence Airport (MRS).
