  • Review by Jason D. from Perth, Australia

"I went on a 6 day tour with Smoking Joe's Motorcycle tours and had an absolute blast! I've been on 3 other overseas tours prior to this one and have also loosely ridden around in Indonesia and Vietnam, but this tour was the best!"

"My guide Aajit really made the tour for me. If I'd jumped on the bike with my gps, there's no way I would have seen or experienced as many things as I did without Aajit. It's also one of those tours where you start out as strangers but very quickly become great friends!"

"The tour came with a few extra surprises along the way (water rafting, paragliding, stand up paddle boarding), and unlike other motorbike tours I've been on, I actually felt like I'd had a proper holiday too. There were 1 or 2 long days in the saddle, but the rest was broken up with the extras. And those enfields... something you must experience at least once :)!"

"The crew at Smoking Joe's are motorcycle enthusiasts, but also motorcyclist enthusiasts. They'll be very interested in your story too! If you're a true motorcycle nut, you'll be in very good company. I can strongly recommend these guys for a ride, and I'll be doing my best to get back to Nepal for round 2 one day!"

"(Only one thing to note, be upfront with the guys on how much riding experience you have. Nepal offers some of the best riding I've ever experienced, but it can be a pretty wild place too on the road ;).)"

"We had a motorcycle lesson with Aman and Julian at Smoking Joe's and it was one of the best experiences we had in Nepal - I can't recommend these guys enough. They took us to a really beautiful spot to practice in and were very patient with us learning how to ride. Would definitely do it again :)"

  • Review by Sophie Shaw from London, United Kingdom

"We had an amazing afternoon with Smoking Joe's Motorcycle Tours today. It was our first time riding a motorbike. We called up and asked if they could give us a lesson. They took us to a quiet dirt path and were very patient teaching us the ropes and helping us build up to riding on our own. We had an awesome time. Julian and Aman are two of the coolest guys I've ever met. We didn't for one minute feel like a client. They treated us like pals from the get-go and that made the whole experience even more fun. The price was great too. Highly recommended."

"Arrived at the office at 13.30 and fifteen minutes later I was riding away on a royal enfield into the mountains ! "

"I only had 4hrs so they tailored a ride to suit my timeframe. Kilton was my guide and he was very professional from the word go. My safety and enjoyment was his priority throughout the ride !"

"After returning Kilton invited me out to see a band and have a couple of drinks. The lads at the office were all top notch and I can recommend this place 100% for anyone that wants to see a bit of nepal on two wheels !!"

"Cheers guys and all the best "
