Let`s embark on a journey to the zig zag snowy roads, as you ride along the dancing waters of Pangong Lake and let its beats overpower you, touching and climbing its sides as it gets deep settled in your memories. Let's go and crown the terrace of the world. Let's go to the spiritual eye of Buddha, let's head to the blowing winds, holding your hands amidst the cold whistles. The dream of the riders and the soul of those who ride, it is the place which wags your desire to get swayed in the scenic mirages.
You will stay at hotels and tents that have been associated with The Dream Riders Group for long and relied on for best services. In Manali, you will stay at the Laurent & Banon Resort or similar accommodation. Next, you will be accommodated at Hotel Dekyid in Keylong, at Ibex Group Tent in Pang, and at Hotel Ladakh Imperial or similar accommodation in Leh.
Meanwhile, you will spend the night in 100 Sky Camp or similar accommodation in Pangong and in Nubra Imperial Eco Cottage or a similar accommodation will be your home and Sarchu will host you at Adventure Camp or similar accommodation.

There, they prepare you for the expected, and the unexpected – the roadmap, riding etiquette, pitfalls, and heavenly views with cold weather conditions followed by a welcome dinner. Now, you are mentally prepared. Go, Baba! Have a good night.
*Accommodation: 4-star hotel
Don’t let your sleepiness make you late unless you want to be stuck in traffic while riding alone on the narrow and serpentine road to Keylong. Ask an experienced rider and you will know; 120 kilometers trip is not short if it includes hilly roads and Rohtang Pass. Even the 'bum ache'. You will turn speechless by sceneries and breathless physically when you reach Keylong. Fill up the courage in your heart and fuel in the tank; you are going to need these a lot.
As you leave for the zero-fuelling station path, you might want to recheck the fuel level and high-altitude medication. If you are a rider by heart, you will enjoy riding on this ironic patch – toughest yet most beautiful. Please make your mind for this appealing death road as the thought of taking a u-turn might strike any moment. Apart from enjoying the scenery, drive safely through the freezing – cold water crossings and keep an eye on falling mountain rocks.
'Baam!' The Himalayas can catch you by surprise at any unexpected moment. Your shoulders and back would be so damn tired, your executive class body wouldn't mind sleeping at Banjaara style stays – cramped beds in a common tent. You can cook your own food outside with your trembling hands. You better be ready to dance when a fellow rider sings in the evening meet up.
Come on buddy! This place is awesome, but what's coming next is better. You start riding away and close towards Jhon Carters Mars at the same time. You will stop at Morey Plains, the most picturesque road stretch. One loses the sense of time riding on the endless road surrounded by the Himalayan mountains.
Later, you ride to Tanglang La's top (17,480 feet). The mercury dips at a faster pace than your altitude gain. You will make a stop at the top and ride along the subsidiary river of the Indus river. Although you wish to take multiple stops for photos, you can't because you just learned the lesson at Tanglang La and understand the 'cold-hearted welcome' at Leh if you reach in the evening.
Just like you, after riding on such rugged terrains, the motorbike needs rest and a thorough check-up. So, leave the motorbike at the hotel for maintenance. Today you will be taken around the Leh city in a private taxi. Set free your soul in the Ladakhi vibes. Visit monasteries and munch at local cafes. Remember to savor salted tea made out of yak milk. Stroll around the Leh market, pick up a souvenir for your dear ones, and return to the hotel for dinner.
The day starts with a mix of excitement and nervousness for riders as well as Bollywood enthusiast. You head towards the next big thing. En route to Pangong, you ride on earthen and gravel roads to mighty Chang La (17,580 feet). From the top, you may catch the glimpse of Khang Yisay on top of Hemis National Park. Eventually, it reminds you of how small are you on earth. You will forget the count of the numerous small water streams on the road, which keeps flooding your mud wrapped bike before you finally reach the lake. Do not stop at every other point to take photos, unless you wish to miss the sunset view at Pangong Lake.
It may not be the best place you stayed in the past, but remember the fact of how less of these were produced or manufactured in Ladakh. Probably, each amenity that you enjoy has travelled a thousand kilometers to serve you. So, praise the hardship your host had faced and enjoy an evening soul-searching walk on the beautiful blue lake bank.
Today you are riding on an incredibly moody road with a wide variety of terrains, changing every few kilometres. The road to Nubra will confuse you whether to look on the road or the beautiful view of an oasis in the high-altitude desert. You face hilly curves at the beginning, accompanied by the roar of Shyok. Look at the mountains across the river on your right side, that would be Karakoram mountain ranges. Sandstorm and rolling stones are very usual, just like water crossing. Who knew crossing a dry river could also be so painful while crossing Shyok River. Once you reach the campsite, enjoy the evening with bonfire, and music – a perfect way to nourish your vitals and soul at the Himalayas.
It is the day when you explore an untouched destination. Today, you are headed towards the northernmost village in India – Turtuk, the only Baltic town in India; once a part of Pakistan until 1972. Take it as an opportunity to explore the culture and traditions of Baltic people. Don't forget to take a snap with the mighty K2. You have to turn into a writer to narrate the beauty of Gate to Siachen in words. Soon after you head to the last Indo Pak border town - Thang which is just 3 kilometers from actual line of control. You have to be there to understand riders' feeling of the farthest village of India. You will return to the Nubra Valley in the evening and visit the dunes famous for its humped Bactrian camel.
Let's go! You are leaving to witness a human-made wonder. A lot has been and is being said about Khardung La. You also observe a 50 feet tall statue of Maitreyi (Buddha) en route. Even though the roads are broken, muddy, and narrow, there is still a road to the highest motorable road for a civilian. While you ride for the hilltop, you understand the toil it takes to build and maintain a road at this altitude; the respect for BRO reaches a new height. Your eyes glitter by looking BRO's board of highest motorable road, the feeling is so difficult to express. You along with many other overly enthusiastic riders run for the customary photograph with the board. After the joyous celebration, you drive downhill for kilometers, which is scary while looking at endless downhill roads. We are back to Leh and oxygen.
It is time to bid farewell to Leh. Witness colour changing mountains and topography while heading to Upshi riding along the subsidiary river of the Indus river. You head towards Sarchu. You reach Tanglang La after riding 30 kilometers uphill. Then you will ride towards Morey Plains, a part of Tibetian plateau. Go crazy with lenses under the scorching sun on this high plateau. Strong freezing winds are an integral part of the weather. Sarchu is so remote and cold; it dares you to sleep without socks. Do not waste food here; it is a much-valued luxury.
With breakfast in belly and you on the saddle, you start riding. As the customary goes, dessert is served at last. You head forward road blockades, landslides, snowfall etc. are frequent along with the two high altitude passes (16,500 feet Baralachala, 13,058 feet Rohtang Pass). It is less scary than Zoji La, but not less fun. You will not get a chance to be careless, you remember god many times. Not everyone dares to ride back to Manali. With endurance, you finally make it to Manali. Drop the motorbike at the hotel and hand over keys to the team. You are free to go out to old Manali to celebrate ride or you can party at the hotel.
After breakfast, you meet again to bid farewell to each other and cheer the moments of togetherness. Go out for a Manali shopping trip. In the late afternoon, you will take an air-conditioned Volvo or private taxi to Delhi.
After you reach Delhi, you are transferred to Delhi's international airport for your flight to your hometown. Bid farewell to each other. Here onwards you leave for your lives and cities.
On this tour, you will get to visit Pangong and majestic lakes, various attractions in Leh, Turtuk, and historical sites.
The riders on this trip will explore the highest motorable road of the world accessible to a civilian, sitting at an altitude of 18,380 feet. The ecstatic feeling of a rider reaching that point is beyond words. You would witness an uphill unlike ever before and never again. The road extends the path to strategically crucial Nubra Valley. En route to Nubra Valley, one gets to see Diskit Gompa or the monastery and its chortens.
Almost 40 percent of the salt lake lies in the Indian territory, and the rest lies in China. The 134-kilometer-long lake is situated at 14,270 feet altitude and covers 604 square kilometers. Sunrise is as stunning and mesmerizing as sunset at the lake.
While in Leh, riders do not miss out the opportunity to visit the largest Buddhist temple in the Ladakh region. The 12-story building complex preserves Buddhist culture, including Thangka paintings, statues, stupas, swords, and so on in it.
While on the trip, you will visit Nubra Valley, which is the jewel of the Himalayas. Situated 150 kilometers away from the city lives of Leh, the austere of the region is cradled by the snow-clad and rugged mountains. 'How come the desert is situated at this altitude' would pop up when you stay and spend nights there. The barley fields, sand dunes, and ride of an endangered double-hump Bactrian camel soothe the soul.
