Day 1: Arrival

Arrival to Casablanca. Transfer to your hotel, where you will be able to settle in and relax by the pool to prepare for your trip the next morning. You will meet your tour guide and go through a welcome briefing as well as the formalities required before the start and you will receive your welcome pack.

Day 2: Casablanca – Azrou (approximately 370 kilometers / 230 miles)

You will be transferred to the workshop and receive your BMW bikes early in the morning before starting your journey towards Azrou. You will head towards Rabat on normal roads to warm up so you can get used to your bike as well as local driving habits before turning East to tackle the winding mountain roads that will provide an excellent insight to the great riding Morocco has to offer. Your stop for the night will be in a nice hotel on the border of the cedar forest where you can relax by the pool or discuss the first day at the bar.

Day 3: Azrou – Errachidia (approximately 260 kilometers / 162 miles)

You will start the day with light off-road riding through the forests where you’ll have the opportunity to admire the quiet setting and feed the barbary apes that live in the area. You will then tackle the climbing roads of the Middle-Atlas passing the high plateau of the mountain range. You will go through the French foreign Legion tunnel towards Errachidia before reaching the accommodation for the night.

Day 4: Errachidia – Merzouga (approximately 130 kilometers / 81 miles)

Today you will start your ride to the Sahara Desert. Your stop for the day will be a fine hotel in Merzouga where you will stop for a short break and leave the bikes to climb aboard the 4×4 of the guide who will take you to the camp in the dunes of the Sahara. You will admire the sunset from the dunes before dinner and then you will be able to admire the desert skyline at night. Note that in case of a rare sand storm, you will likely remain at the hotel which offers a more comfortable setting.

Day 5: Merzouga – Boumalne Dadès (approximately 220 kilometers / 137 miles)

Wake up call will come early today as you'll climb the dunes before sunrise to admire the unique effects from atop the dunes before your early breakfast. You will then have a guided tour aboard the 4×4 to visit the dunes and the sights around the area, including the coal and crystal mines.

You will pick up your bikes at the hotel and will head to the rock of the Mummy for some off-road riding and to admire the view of the desert from the top of the rocks that offer a unique sight known to only a few. Or route will take you through deserted landscapes before heading to the Todra Valley to ride beneath the huge cliffs that offer a unique scenery. You will spend the night at the feet of the Atlas range in a fine hotel.

Day 6: Boumalne Dadès – Ouarzazate (approximately 180 kilometers or 112 miles)

Despite the short daily distance, the riding will be exceptional. You will start your day by climbing the most photographed hairpins in Morocco in the Dades Valley. A relatively short bike ride will take you to your lodging for this evening where you can enjoy a drink by the pool while taking in the wonderful sight of the lake.

In the afternoon, you’ll head to the hidden Oases of Fint through some more technical off-road tracks and smaller river-crossings to get an insight to the lives of local villages and explore the oasis. On your way back, you will have the opportunity to visit the Kasbah of Ouarzazate and wonder around the many local souvenir shops. Excellent local dishes will be served for dinner.

Day 7: Ouarzazate – Ouzoud or Marrkesh (approximately 220 kilometers / 137 miles)

Another wonderful touring day awaits you, full of twists and turns on less frequented roads, combined with beautiful surroundings as you climb the High Atlas. Your stop for the day will be in a riyadh atop the famous waterfalls of Ouzoud where you can opt for a short hike to see this exceptional beauty and to have a break from the day’s ride.

Day 8: Ouzoud or Marrakesh – Casablanca (approximately 250 kilometers / 155 miles)

Your last motorcycle adventure tour day will start with a short but exhilarating ride. It will then take you to the border of the Bin el Ouidane barrage and there will be plenty of turns and switchbacks to enjoy before you descend to the vast planes that lay between the Atlas and the ocean. The ride will take you through smaller country roads and the occasional dirt track before arriving back to the HQ to return the bikes. You will then be taken back to your hotel where you can spend the rest of the evening rewinding the best moments of the trip or you can decide to take the time to explore the city. This will be the last opportunity to invite your guide for a drink at the bar.

Day 9: Departure

Depending on your flight time, you might take the opportunity to relax or visit the city before the arranged pick-up takes you to the airport.

If you are looking for an exciting and diverse adventure that includes both an Atlas motorcycle tour and a Morocco desert motorbike tour, then this is the one that should definitely be on top of your to-do list.
